Description

• Create, monitor and manage maintenance work for the Services business
• Keep it running smoothly including schedule, customer contact via email, phone and in person
• Deliver garden consultations and planting plans
• Offer knowledgeable gardening work for customers and pass knowledge on to work colleagues
• Create estimates and invoices
• Coordinate with landscaping team on planting / horticulture elements of installation projects
• Manage client gardens to achieve best results
• Monitor all gardening equipment and machinery is in great/safe working order

Other Duties:

• Deal with pest problems that could damage plants
• Write invoices for completed jobs
• Shop assistance as required/rostered
• Write marketing points with seasonal/monthly gardening content
