About Registered Master Landscapers
Since 1985, Registered Master Landscapers has officially represented the landscaping industry, with a mission to promote professionalism and quality trade practice. With branches across New Zealand, the Association is actively recruiting members based on an assessment of their standard of work.
Members of Registered Master Landscapers are bound by our Constitution, Code of Conduct, Environmental Policy and Complaints Procedure, ensuring professional business practices are carried out with integrity at all times.
Members are be accredited by assessment of their work and documentation can be endorsed in any combination of the following categories:

Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct stresses the importance of Registered Master Landscapers carrying out professional business practices. It requires compliance with current safety standards, the maintenance of appropriate insurance cover and delivery of appropriate contract documentation. Above all it demands integrity from members in all business practices. A complaints procedure exists in the event of any dispute with a member.
Conferences
To assist with the on-going professional development of our members, Registered Master Landscapers runs annual conferences at varying locations.
Awards
Registered Master Landscapers celebrates and awards excellence in the landscaping industry through its biennial Awards programme. This event highlights projects our members have been involved in where the quality of work has been outstanding.
Registered Master Landscapers also encourages the next generation of landscaping professionals through its annual Young Landscaper of the Year competition.
