Belonging

Belonging

After a full few days at the Landscapes of Distinction Awards and the Young Landscaper of the Year Competition, the idea of ‘belonging’ will be at the forefront of minds for many of our Registered Master Landscapers members.

As an organisation, one of the most significant benefits of membership is the opportunity to network and be a part of a group of like-minded professionals with similar aspirations and interests. At the Auckland events, there were many moments to connect and network and many of our members met new people and industry leaders who could act as sounding boards and mentors going forward.

When we spoke to Guillaume Chabbert who won the 2022 Young Landscaper of the Year competition. He echoed many of these sentiments, saying that the best part of the competition was meeting new people and making new relationships with the industry. And we couldn’t agree more, the number one benefit to membership with RML is our group of committed members who are passionate about participating in and promoting the landscaping industry.

There are many other benefits to membership with Registered Master Landscapers. These include:

  • Advocating for our industry
  • Demonstrating professionalism through membership
  • Member profile raising and marketing
  • Demonstrating skill through award entries and
  • Keeping up to date with news and changes in our industry.
